Create Hot Backup Script

This script creates another script that will back up an active database.

It prompts for the system password, and then make a directory on the root of the C drive called 'Backup'+ today's date.
It writes a file called HotBkUp+today's date into the default directory, which will then need to be run to perform the actual backup.

This makes two copies of the control file -- one is written to the root. It also copies the archived log files.
